Matt Merrell

Matt joined Maple Mountain Insurance in 2024, recently completing its acquisition. He specializes in health, home, auto, life, ATV, and boat insurance, with a particular passion for health coverage. As a husband and father of six, Matt values service, pursuing goals, and building friendships.

The Maple Mountain Insurance team brings years of combined experience and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and fostering strong client relationships.

Maegan Davis

Maegan is a licensed Personal Lines and Health Agent with specialized expertise in Personal Lines, Equine, and Farm & Ranch coverage. She is passionate about client care and is dedicated to helping clients build insurance solutions that protect what matters most—at a price that fits their budget.

Outside of work, Maegan enjoys riding and training her own Reining and Versatility Ranch horses. She is also a proud mom of three amazing kids and enjoys spending her time with them and her husband, Riley, to whom she has been married for 18 years.

Nicol Kropf

Nicol is new to the insurance world yet has years of experience as an office administrative assistant, in healthcare, sales and customer service. She is licensed in personal lines and wants to help you find the insurance that best suits your needs and budget. She genuinely cares about and loves helping people, and getting to know them, whether at work, in the community, or wherever she goes.

She has resided in Utah County her whole life and married her high school sweetheart, Tony. They have five incredible sons, beautiful daughters-in-law, and the cutest little granddaughters.

When not at work, you can find her reading, crafting, crocheting, decorating, exercising, gardening, cooking, baking, or watching rom-coms or a classic Hallmark movie. Her happy place is being in nature and having her family and friends gathered, whether it's for birthdays, holidays or any random day in between.

Hadleigh Davis

Hadleigh recently joined Maple Mountain Insurance after graduating early from Payson High School. She enjoys working with the team and building relationships with customers. Hadleigh views insurance like a puzzle—carefully finding the best coverage and pricing to meet each client’s unique needs—and takes pride in helping solve that puzzle.

Hadleigh enjoys the outdoors! She loves to ski, go horseback riding, and is currently on the Rodeo Queen Court for Fiesta Days. When you call Maple Mountain Insurance, chances are Hadleigh will be the friendly voice greeting you.
